Meet THE NAVIGATORS
JESSICA SIBUCAOI am Jessica Sibucao, a dedicated and experienced educator, holding a New York State Teaching License and a Masters Degree in Birth to 6th Grade General and Special Education.
With 15 years of enriching teaching experience, including a decade of service within the New York City Department of Education, I've had the privilege of instructing in both general and Integrated Co-Teaching (ICT) classroom settings. My specialized training in the Orton Gillingham methodology has equipped me to cater to diverse learning needs effectively. I look forward to meeting your child and starting our educational journey together. |
ANGELA GIRALDOI'm Angela Giraldo, a New York State licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and ASHA-certified professional, and I am excited to have the opportunity to teach your child.
With a Master of Science from Teachers College, Columbia University, I carry a wealth of experience accumulated over 10 years of service within the New York City Department of Education. My specialization lies in supporting culturally diverse students from K-5th, particularly those with reading disorders, for which I am trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach. My compassionate approach is deeply rooted in my commitment to understanding each child's unique strengths, interests, and needs. |
